NIV BENYEHUDA

FOUNDER

Born in Israel in 1966, Niv is a second generation in the flavor and fragrance industry. He spent much time with his father, Israel Benyehuda, who exposed him to the various cultures, smells, and flavors worldwide, which Niv enthusiastically embraced.
The fusion of Niv’s expertise in discerning flavors, requiring both scientific and artistic skill, results in a flawless accomplishment – the wine they produce.
Niv’s quest is to devote his life to producing superb wine in all three of his home countries – Israel, Costa Rica and the USA, and to deliver marvelous stories in bottles to wine lovers around the world.

KERRY DAMSKEY

MASTER WINEMAKER

Like Andre Tchelistcheff, Kerry believes wine is made in the vineyard and the winemaker is merely the “midwife” in the artisan process of winemaking. “It’s the winemaker’s job to articulate a definable style for a wine but you don’t create an identity – that must come from the grapes,” says Kerry.
With more than 30 years of winemaking experience, Kerry is recognized on four continents for his acuity and focus in creating brilliant wines. He oversees custom winegrowing, winemaking and vineyard acquisition as well as offering strategic planning and operational management for new and established wineries. In addition to California and Washington, Kerry consults for wineries in India, Israel, and Costa Rica.

DREW DAMSKEY

WINEMAKER

While our winemaker Drew Damsky is the third in a line of accomplished winemakers, following his grandfather and father into the business, he stands on his own reputation. Drew persuades extraordinary wines from the soil with a little luck and a lot of finely-honed instinct. Named Winemaker to Watch by the San Francisco Chronicle and Pinot Cup Winner at the 2017 Pigs and Pinot, Drew’s ability to seamlessly balance tradition with innovation secures his position as an exciting emerging influence on the industry.
