The grapes are delicately whole cluster pressed, fermented in neutral French Oak barrels with native yeast, then aged on the lees for 6 months. It has light tropical aromas, floral and white peach with sharp acidity and a taste that lingers in the mouth.
Rooted in sandy loam soil on the hills West of Graton, Goldridge, this vineyard is superbly suitable for slow ripening
and optimal acidity.
