CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Moon Mountain District

TASTING NOTES:

Deep and concentrated in color which invites you into a nose of fresh cut cedar, mocha, cassis, bay leaves, and sandalwood. Black cherry, warm vanilla bean, and cocoa powder round out the mouth. The finish is lush, supple, and notably long and expansive backed by tannins and rich pipe tobacco.

THE VINEYARDS:

On the east side of California’s Sonoma Valley is a new mountain appellation named Moon Mountain District. The Kamen Vineyard is located on a basaltic fault line; volcanic and extreme. Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grow from dark solid rocks to produce some of the tastiest and most concentrated Cabernet in California.
