TASTING NOTES:

Colors of dark black cherry color with a youthful purple rim. In the nose are lively aromas of scented blue and blackberry fruits followed by hints of brown sugar pie crust and oak highlights of vanilla.

On the palate are rich and fruity flavors defined with texture, soft tannins, and a perfect oak marriage, a classic Syrah with bright fruit, balanced acidity, cocoa, and toast. This will continue to reward for many years to come.

THE VINEYARDS:

On the east side of California’s Sonoma Valley is a new mountain appellation named Moon Mountain District. The Kamen Vineyard is located on a basaltic fault line; volcanic and extreme. Our Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grow from dark solid rocks to produce some of the tastiest and most concentrated Cabernet in California.
