The grapes are gently whole cluster pressed, fermented in neutral French Oak barrels with native yeast,
and aged on the lees for 4 months.
Has a light salmon color, aromas of bright red cherry, fresh cranberries and white flowers.
Fog flows from the gaps in Mendocino County coastal range, through the breezy upland valleys to allow slow ripening
of organically farmed Zinfandel.
